What data we collect

Name and email address when you sign up for the newsletter, take the Soul Model quiz, pre-register for a ceremony or send a message.

Soul Model quiz: your answers, your result (energy and archetype), your name, email and language. We use these only to show your result and send you the matching insight and workbook suggestion. The quiz gives reflective insight, not a psychological or medical assessment.

Order and payment details when you buy in the shop; payments are processed by Shopify and we never see your card details.

Booking details and anything you share with us during a 1:1 module or Studio project.

Why we use it

To deliver what you asked for (contract), to send the newsletter you subscribed to (consent — unsubscribe any time via the link in every email), and to meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).

We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only with services we need to run the business, which process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

Shopify (shop.liveintheremix.com) — orders, payments, invoices and download delivery. Shopify handles card and payment details; we never see them.

Klaviyo — newsletter (separate Dutch and English lists) and the Soul Model quiz emails: your name, email address, language, quiz result and whether you open or click our emails.

Lovable and its cloud infrastructure — hosting of this website and storage of the forms you submit here (quiz, ceremony pre-registration).

Booking tools for 1:1 sessions and calls — your name, email and chosen time.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Customer and invoice data for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Other data no longer than needed for its purpose.

Cookies

We use functional storage only: to remember your language and your cookie choice, and to keep forms and checkout working. We currently use no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, they will only load after you accept them in the cookie banner.

This website does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or Klaviyo tracking. If we ever add analytics or advertising pixels, they will only load after you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner; with "Only necessary" they stay off. We will update this policy first.

Our shop on shop.liveintheremix.com is run by Shopify, which sets its own necessary cookies (cart, checkout, security) and shows its own cookie choice for anything else.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will then appear again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to its use, by emailing mies@liveintheremix.com. We reply within one month. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
